So, there's this toilet that uses vaccum power to suck your waste out. Isn't this the same technology that's used in an airplane? Why hasn't this caught on yet? I know this company has been around since 1977, but I've never heard of them until just recently, how is that? Bah, whatever, it'll help the environment, help those with poor sanitary conditions, etc.. But nooooo, no help for you! Let use continue using conventional toilets that our 3 year old will continue to flush everything down in that'll raise our water bill by a couple hundred dollars.
Ps. Yes, I'm a fan of the "Hop in the shower, wet yourself, turn shower off, lather up/scrub/whatever else, turn shower on, wash off, turn shower back off" technique.

Airplanes just have a hose going out the back. If we could train the Charter geese (that we paid to remove that will always return) to use one of those, you'd be set.

When my kid was 3 he flushed a ceramic bird down the toilet - overflowed onto everything. Plumber charged $300 to remove the toilet, retrieved the $3 bird and re-seal the toilet - and took the bird with him to boot.
My ex asked why they didn't just use a snake. My daughter-in-law (who is blonde, by the way) opened her big blue eyes and said, "Wow, they have trained snakes to do that?" : )
True story.
Besides, sewage treatment is big business for haulers and waste management companies to have your waste transformed into bricks. Heck, the building we work in might be built from them.
And you will find the largest tomatoes you've ever seen growing at the sewage treatment plants - organic, too! : )
