Clocky the Alarm Clock

Hey lookie everybody! Finally, the only alarm clock that'll gurantee that you'll wake up adn move out of bed, even if it's just to turn it off... CLOCKY THE ALARM CLOCK! He'll get up after you hit Snooze and will run away and hide in a new place, in the hopes that you'll move out of bed to find him to turn him off. I so need this.

What I don't need though is dealing with customers on the phone for 40 mins going over every detail, and then try to get them to buy video services and it takes the call up to 3 hours. I'd rather take screaming angry customers all day long for shorter angrier calls, than customers who we need to handle like babies and hold their hands through everything on the pc.

So, here I am, sitting with the top stats on the team, and what do I get for it? NOTHING! Not a single thing, no recognition that'll help further my career goals. What do I deserve? A raise, a promotion, something, anything. I can not survive another 90 days in the regular HSI position, it'll kill me if I don't do it to myself first.
