ROUTER! ZOMG! oh and 300!
How freaking difficult is it to understand me when I say "Connect that oversized phone jack to the back of the Modem, that little box that has a Coaxial Cable Line connected to it with blinking lights; also connect the other end directly to the PC itself."
4srsly! How can I make this any simplier for you without coming to your home on a Sunday afternoon with a diagram, a diarhama, and a collection of Die Hard movies?
So, check this, today it was so slow, they had to pull a random 25 people off the phone to do a "Special Project." Guess what the project was? Come on! DO IT!
IT WAS A SPECIAL PROJECT TO WATCH 300. In the community room in the basement, complete with Ice Cream and Soda's. I was off the phones, being paid from 2:23 PM EST till 6:45 PM EST watching that movie and discussing random various things with my fellow co-workers. Today I like Charter a lot, haha.

Sounds like they're winding things down there. Anybody know exactly when the lease is up on that building? I think it's soon, isn't it?
It's up in 2011 actually, I just checked :O So, we're good till at least then in "Some" capacity. SCARY!
Ah, ok - you sure? I remember Jill saying in a meeting a couple of years ago they had a 5-year lease on the building.
Yeah, that happened during the meeting when they said they're dropping TTM, they said they signed a new 5 year lease in 2006, which puts the lease up in 2011, so we're good in some capacity until at least then, even if Mr. Allen sellsus off and cuts his losses.
Gotcha! But Jill said this before TTM started because Tracy Pitcher (light bulb of the year) was asked about it when she came for VIP day and had no clue. Jill had said this maybe a year before TTM was created (I think around the time they introduced S2S, maybe before). I hadn't heard that one about a new lease in 2006. I hope so.
