TTM goes bye bye!
Hai! Can I hve sme Gold plz!? KTHXBAI!!!
In all seriousness, Charter is dropping TTM (Telephone Trouble Ticket Management) from the Louisville KY contact center, and outsourcing it all to Teletech, and keeping the barely 200 agents it has that are Charter employee's in Saint Louis still.
By June, TTM will no longer exist in Louisville, and those agents who wish to remain with Charter will either be promoted (If they played politics right) or moved into basic HSI (High Speed Internet) support.
Here comes one of the best part... HSI takes payments now, does video sales, and we have to meet an 8% Close rate minimum. while that may not seem high, I take about 60-80 calls a day, majority of whome are customers who already have all services available, and if they don't have them, the last thing they want to hear when their internet is down is "Hey, would you like to buy faster speeds for when the internet is up?"
This has very much pushed me to the edge of my continued employment with Charter Communications. But eh... what else can I do? And in closing....
Funny customer contact of the day:
"
CCI, REFUSED TO SUPPLY SOCIAL, SAYING IT

FAMILES, NO PIN NUMBER LISTED ON THE
ACCOUNT, CUSTOMER UNABLE TO VERIFY

Glorious wasn't it?

It was a double-agent Lead testing you to see if you could be broken. If you could've been, you would've been promoted. They like to break you down before they build you up a Charter. You know, like drug and alcohol rehabs where they used to make you scrub the floors with toothbrushes. Only difference is Charter doesn't provide toothbrushes.
