Please listen to the IVR when you call in, it'll tell you you're in a outage.

There are some changes being made in the communications systems. It was expected, and may cause outages. It is planned but I don't think the ramifications were, although they should have been.
Expect to see many then next couple of months.
The bees will thank you, though.
