"This connection has limited or no connectivity"
Well, this must be the connection in your own brain Mrs. Customer.
"I'm a computer illiterate"
Well... that's a given, what you want me to do about it? I can't help you with your own issues, I'm internet support, internet repair, INTERNET! NOT HELP YOU WITH FIGURING OUT HOW TO DO EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD ON THE COMPUTER. Yes, your Norton will cause your port 80 to be blocked, no ISP in the world would block port 80 on you if they want your money, which Charter wants your money so much that they make Internet Repair people try to sell you Video and Telephone products.

Yes, that really does mean there is something wrong with your pc/hardware. There is no reason for your own pc to have issues with trying to talk to itself, unless you enjoy broken crap always running and giving you errors and moving really slow on the internet and blah blah balh blah blah! BLAH MUTHAFACKO!
Now, honestly, I've been with this same customer for over an hour now, because our previous reps did nothing for her, referred her to GeekSquad, Geeksquad then "scanned" her PC, told her that there was nothing wrong, but that if they take it, they'll have to charge her $300 to even look deeper into it. Guess what I've done? I've taken her through a QCR report, and had her download the Charter High Speed Security Suite, which is available for download here, run an anti-virus/anti-spyware on her pc, and BAM! Issue resolved.
Anywho, that's all for now, gotta get back to the phones >^.^<
