So, wanna know how to advance your career at charter? Make your customers as upset as possible and guilt them into buying stuff. Then when you're a supervisor attempt to fire everyone every week that is on your team and keep information hidden from them while other supervisors are telling it how it is. Once you're a manager, make it horrid for your underlings underlings so that you're direct underlings are miserable and no longer want you for a boss. Lo and behold, you're now upper management in the corporation with a cushy job :D No worries anymore cause if they sell the company off, you'll get a nice severance deal or you'll go to the new company.
