I can only speak for myself - I have always struggled with handle time however my RPC was generally around 400% to target. Gaining the customer's trust, establishing a friendly interactive rapport, fixing their issue, then sell the heck out of them took time, hence the struggle. But I like your way better since to this date I'm still struggling with trying to get paid the commissions I earned honestly but for "some reason" Charter put me into the "the check will be in the mail" mode for 5 months now and counting. My advice is screw the sales, get the 100% to target to get your incentives and have Charter pucker their lips and blow, because they surely do. And if you plan to leave be sure to wait until the week your commissions are paid otherwise you will not see them. Ethics at it's best.
