"I travel!"
So?
Seriously, so what if you travel? What berring does that have on my job, your internet and getting a tech out? If you travel so often that you're not available for a tech to be out to your house to fix a simple 30 minute issue, then maybe you don't need the internet after all? If you travel so much that you'd be better off having a cellular wireless card in your laptop, then don't worry about your home internet.
Listen, I'm at this callcenter for 13 hours a day, 4 days a week, I can legally call this place my permenant residence because I'm here more often than any other place I stay. I don't need your lame excuses for why you can't be home for a field tech.
How would you like it if for your business it required you to go out to peoples residences and needed them there for it, like Roto-Rooter or a basement resealing company? What if all your clients said they can't be there for this or that day because they travel, or they can't wait for a 4 hour time frame? But hey, you know they need it taken care of ASAP due to 4 feet of water in the basement! How does that make you feel? You're loosing clients because of their own stupidity. Now look at what you just did to me here, same issue.
Clam up and take the appointment and schedule it to when it works for you, and don't blame me when you're out seeing a movie when you know this appointment is planned.
